Tempo Team
On this page you can find a project I (together with my project group) worked on for Tempo Team as part of a school assignment. During this project I was mainly responsible for design related tasks. I also had a big role in the concepting aspect of the project.
What is Tempo Team?
Tempo Team is a Dutch employment agency. They are the second largest agency in the Netherlands.
Here are some concepts and graphics I made for Tempo Team. Our assignment was to find a way to increase their engagement on TikTok for their younger target audience and to find a way to reach more employers and get more leads out of it.
Character design mascot 'Tempo Tim'
To increase engagement on TikTok, I thought of the concept ‘Tempo Tim’. Tempo Tim is a mascot for Tempo Team who can be the main character in their videos. I looked at best practices and came to the conclusion that a lot of successful business accounts on TikTok, like Duo Lingo and Transavia, use a similar mascot.

For the Dutch children’s feast ‘Sinterklaas’ I designed this logo for the reporters of the arrival of Sinterklaas in Leeuwarden.

Advice report Pinterest Business
I wrote an advice report on how to reach more employers using Pinterest Business to advertise. I won’t make the report public but here’s the cover & a mockup I made for Tempo Team to get an idea on how an ad or post on Pinterest would look like.
